Mars “ The red planet â€‌ is coming closed to us every December, this is the best time to take a look at this giant planet if you do have a telescope, Scientists stated past week that there will be a collision involving mars and a slow moving asteroid “ dubbed 2007 WD5 â€‌, and it could hit near Mars’ equator, near where the rover Opportunity has been exploring since 2004.

scientist could not confirm the exact time but they think it will take effect on January the 30^th , the asteroid was discovered late November traveling n the space with the speed of eight miles per second,

The collision would not be visible, but people who live in further west, like Alaska, Hawaii and Asia could witness the event in real time

A collision with a giant asteroid like that with that speed , will for sure make a hole that can be visible for astronomers witnessing for the first time in history an impact on a planet as it happens.
